Hotpot in Tsim Sha Tsui

Yesterday, I had a yummie yummie hotpot dinner in 泰豐樓 at TST. Looking at the big piles of beef and lamb, I seriously doubted how this restaurant could survive the inflation in HK.

















Regarding the taste of food, by looking at the joyful (and greedy?) faces in the picture, it was not hard to tell. Everyone's favourite definitely were the thin (paper thickness) slices of fresh and juicy meat.

Before we finished the dinner, while our stomaches were almost full, the smell of peking duck was so tempting that right on the spot, we set our mind to go to this same restaurant again for other dishes e.g. peking duck, fried lamb slices with spring onion, etc.

What a wonderful night! I look forward to our next 為食兵團 gathering.
